Explaining to my kids was really hard. As they get older then understand more. I grieve too for what my TBI took from me, Great article. 👍❤️-

Wish I had found this article before. My partner struggled with how to tell our boys. They had a tough time accepting I was different now, They still seem to blame themselves for my anger outbursts even though it is not their fault.

For me it was explaining to my Grandkids how Granny was different now. Same issues though, It’s a really hard thing to discuss when they don’t really understand. It’s a well written and informative piece . Thanks for posting it. 👵 👍
